Thats EL Presidente Beach Resort, i love the place, in history they got the name from then Mayor Licerio A. Antiporda Jr. being the first President of the Cagayan Mayor’s League
The first of its kind in the northern Cagayan, i could not just imagine how thousands of people go there during holy week, its clean and to see is what you get
